Explore is free for one AI system with no time limit. One-off packs are €290 (Article 50 Transparency Pack) and €490 (Single System File). Platform subscriptions start at €290 per month for one system, €890 per month for three systems and €2,900 per month for fifteen; Enterprise, which adds internal-audit and independent-audit workflows, SSO and EU data residency with customer-managed keys, is priced on scope. AI systems under management. Single System covers one, Starter three, Growth fifteen, and Enterprise a whole portfolio with unlimited seats. Seats are bundled rather than sold, because the cost of running compliance is driven by how many systems must be re-assessed on every change, not by how many people read the result. Compliance Kit is the exception: it is a developer tool and is priced per developer.
There is a free plan rather than a trial. Explore classifies one AI system deterministically — Annex III and Article 5 check with its reasoning, Article 50 detection and an obligation map — for as long as you want, with no card. It produces no documents and no score; the second system moves you to a paid plan. Compliance Kit Free runs the guard and classify modules offline for developers.
No, on any plan. A percentage or a badge implies an assurance conclusion that only an audit can reach, and the evidence ladder we use — declared, documented, verified — does not reduce to a number. What the platform gives instead is the classification with its reasoning, the gap analysis, the technical file and a risk register whose hash is written to a ledger, so an auditor can check what was true and when.
The pack is credited against your first subscription invoice if you move within 90 days, and the file and exports carry over. Single System moves to Starter automatically when a second system is added, with the current month credited. Downgrades are not offered: a Starter customer moving to Single System would have to delete two systems, and the product does that rather than a sales conversation.
ComplianceEngine runs on EU-hosted infrastructure or inside your own cloud or on-premise environment; customer data does not leave the EU unless you deploy it elsewhere yourself. Enterprise adds customer-managed encryption keys and a data processing agreement; Compliance Kit Enterprise ships as an air-gapped package for environments with no outbound connection.
