Audit-ready EU AI Act compliance,
built into your workflow.
Atheros AI is an audit-ready EU AI Act compliance platform for scale-ups and regulated enterprises: ComplianceEngine generates Annex IV technical documentation and gates CI/CD releases, internal-audit and ISAE 3000 assurance engagements run on the same evidence base, ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditors run the advisory work, and the Academy covers the Article 4 AI literacy duty — free for one system, from €290 per month.
ComplianceEngine runs on EU-hosted infrastructure or inside your own cloud or on-premise environment; customer data does not leave the EU unless you deploy it elsewhere yourself.

AI compliance breaks when it lives outside the development process.
Spreadsheets, disconnected assessments and last-minute documentation create gaps between policy and production. AI regulation is no longer a policy exercise — it is an operational responsibility, and the evidence an auditor asks for has to be produced where the model is built.
- 01CommitModel and dataset metadata captured at every push.
- 02ProfileRisk classification under the EU AI Act tiers, with its reasoning.
- 03AuditBias, robustness and Annex IV checks gated against thresholds.
- 04DocumentTechnical file and evidence package generated automatically.
- 05DeployRelease gated until checks pass or a reviewer signs off.
- 06MonitorDrift, incident and usage telemetry tied to post-market duties.
The only ecosystem that pairs automated audit with human authority.
Software alone misses governance nuance. Consultants alone don't scale. We deliver compliance as a continuously running system — engineered, audited, and taught by the same team.

Certified at the highest tier of AI management standards.
CI/CD-Native Auditing

Boardroom Ready
Executive-grade reporting your regulators trust.
PhD-Led Curriculum
Academic rigor made operational for enterprise teams.
Atheros AI does not issue ISO/IEC 42001 certificates — only an accredited certification body may — does not give legal advice, and does not perform the Article 43 conformity assessment. We prepare, evidence and support; the audit platform produces the evidence and the report those processes rely on.
Two audits, one evidence base.
Internal audit under the IIA standards for your third line, and ISAE 3000 assurance engagements for an independent practitioner — on the same criteria library, with an evidence ceiling no role can override. No certificate, no score.
How the audit platform worksInternal audit
A separate third-line role inside your tenant: risk-based engagements, findings with cause and effect, management responses, corrective actions, a board summary — never an opinion.
Independent assurance
Limited or reasonable ISAE 3000 engagements in an auditor-only workspace: independence gate, criteria snapshot, evidence, a conclusion the practitioner sets and a report locked at issue.
Evidence ceiling
Declared, documented, verified — derived from provenance. The platform's own output is declared; verified needs a human procedure.
Grant bridge
The auditee grants read-only, single-system, time-boxed, revocable access — consented, logged, and visible in a read-log.
